We’re writing an article to help video editors (both novices and pros) learn some tricks and techniques to edit more effectively and ultimately…to help them edit faster.
So we’re challenging you to “talk about one tip/technique that an editor can use that may help them to edit faster.” Your tip should not be specific to a particular editing software.
Our goal is to make this article as useful as it can possibly be to our readers and for that reason we want to make sure that each tip/technique is only covered once. So before you start filling out the form, check this page first to make sure no one else is writing about the same tip/technique. If you don’t see it on the sheet, that means no one has talked about it yet. If it is on the sheet, then you’ll need to think of another tip/technique to discuss. Update the sheet before filling out the form to make sure no one else duplicates your topic.
The idea is to outline your tip/technique as clearly as possible, and provide actionable steps to help the reader understand how to implement it into their editing process. Talk to the reader directly and be as helpful as you possibly can.
